02-Oct-2017.  This web page is obsolete.  You should remove it from your bookmarks.  This page was where you selected your "profile" before entering your service request. The following replaces the 'select profile then fill out information' method that we have had for years. 

• Click on the iLab request services page in order to enter your account information. The first time you do this you may need to register at iLab.  You may also be taken to the general iLab page. If this occurs then either search for our lab or come back to this page andclick on the link again.
• At the iLab services page select the your appropriate service. You do not need to fill out any thing on the subsequent form except your account information.
• Click the Submit Request to Core button.
• After you do this you will be navigated to the iLab View All Request tab.  On that page click the external url link next to your request.
• This will take you back to our LIMs system where you can fill out your print the final form and obtain the appropriate signature.
