To submit a WideSeq request:

1. If you have not used the iLab accounting system before read our iLab instruction page.
2. New as of 02-Oct-2017. The following replaces the 'select profile then fill out information' method that we have had for years. 
• Click on the iLab request services page in order to enter your account information.  Note: the first time you do this you may need to register at iLab and you may be taken to the general iLab page.  If this ocurrs then either search for our lab or return to this page and click the link again.
• At the iLab services page select the WideSeq service.  You do not need to fill out any thing on the subsequent form except your account information.
• Click the Submit Request to Core button.
• After you do this you will be navigated to the iLab View All Request tab.  On that page click the external url link next to your request.
• This will take you back to our LIMs system where you can fill out your sample information. 
3. Bring your sample(s) and the form (which no longer needs to be signed) to Bindley 102 between 9AM and 5PM Monday-Friday. Place samples in a bag with your sample request number and PI name on it.
