2nd gen sequencing request header

SecondGen (aka NextGen) request submission must be done via the Genomics lab personnel. Unlike our other services (LTL, WideSeq, etc.) there is no customer-orented web page to fill out for SecondGen. You do need to go through the iLab accounting system to initiate a request.

  1. If you have not used the iLab accounting system before read our iLab instruction page.
  2. Click on the iLab request services page in order to enter your account information.  Note: the first time you do this you may need to register at iLab and you may be taken to the general iLab page.  If this ocurrs then either search for our lab or return to this page and click the link again.
  3. At the iLab services page select the NextGen service.  
  4. We will make an appointment with you to talk about your needs.
